Dear Vancouver-Whistler Team,
Let us talk about Canadian kitchen sinks and wurst. The Canadians among you might remember May 24th 2021, when the force was with us? Team Canada threw everything but the kitchen sink at Germany in Riga. Welcome to the second round.
Düsseldorf, eh? They keep saying that Germans are the wurst at ice hockey, so it sure feels funny to beat our friends from Canada and the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 to the ice. Keep your ‘ice’ on us, and watch us freeze hell! You might feel ice-o-lated over there not being able to attend the match on Sunday. It is absolutely fair and up to you to demand satisfaction to restore just-ice. We can sit down and have chat over penal-tea and wurst when you come over to Germany this September.

On Sunday representatives from Team Germany and our IG23 team are already warming up for your Invictus Games 2025 in Canada, that will feature winter sports for the first time. So you better bring your ‘eh’ game, in two years time!
At the ice hockey game of the Düsseldorfer EG against Adler Mannheim our Team Germany for the Invictus Games will be presented to the crowds on the ice and the Invictus Games will be featured through the matchday.
If you are in the area, why don’t you head over to support our competitors at PSD Bank Dome in Düsseldorf? You might even catch our communications team for a serious chat about horrible ice hockey puns.
